    Great Workshop :)!

    This was a great workshop with Hannah Mercer at Cafe Campesino! She taught very well informative and fun classes on the origins of coffee, basics of espresso, milk preparation, and more. Her method and style of teaching is great :)! I enjoyed all our discussions on coffee with our group and the hands-on work with pour over methods were a lot of fun. We had a great group! Hannah was very encouraging and helpful with all our questions and made the workshop a lot of fun! I learned a lot from this workshop and highly recommend it to people who would like to learn about coffee and workers looking to gain more experience with preparing coffee in their workplace. I am now applying the skills I learned at this workshop in my coffee shop job and it has helped me so much. So appreciative and thank you :)!
