Until further notice all classes will be 1 on 1 at the instructor’s discretion. Extra precautions will be taken to ensure safety of both the student and instructor during the classes. You may be asked to provide a recent negative COVID-19 test or other documentation to ensure safety of all parties involved. Classes are also subject to a modified cancellation policy and may be cancelled with very short notice due to safety concerns or unforeseen developments.
This four-day class bundle is perfect for a learner who has been working in the coffee industry, or has a strong grasp on SCA Foundations level principles for Barista and Brewing. This class would prepare a learner to manage the coffee quality program at a busy cafe, be a shift leader, or get an in depth look at how to measure and define coffee quality. Topics covered include Cafe Management, work flow, bar efficiency, TDS and Extraction percentage calculation, as well as identifying the impact of brewing variables on coffee.
This class is a pre-requisite for the Professional Level of SCA Education.
