Level 2 Milk Science and Latte Art Techniques

This class explains the science behind what’s happening in the milk pitcher to help learners demystify the how’s and why’s of milk. Special emphasis is given to the composition of milk and milk alternatives such as Soy, and Almond. Learners are exposed to advanced free pour latte art techniques and be given tools to continue improving their practice after leaving the class.

Prerequisites: All students attempting level 2 classes must have completed Cafe Campesino Barista Level 1 Classes + Exam (or comparable coursework subject to Instructor approval).
