This class provides an in depth look at how adjusting variables impacts the flavor of espresso. Students will learn methods for dialing in any coffee and troubleshooting espresso to spend less time adjusting, and more time making excellent drinks and interacting with customers. Students will learn how to use two different types of grinders, and learn how to record proper notes to help improve coffee recipes at their home shop.
