In this class students learn preventative maintenance essential to machine longevity, as well as how to determine when an expert needs to be called. This class will teach students when and how to change the burrs on a grinder, group head gaskets, water filters, and identify when a steam wand needs maintenance. Learners leave with the skills and information needed to set up a preventative maintenance schedule and resource center for their shop to reduce machine downtime.
