This class has two parts: lecture and lab, separated by a thirty minute break, providing a foundation for the principles and science behind making delicious coffee under any circumstances. Using global industry standards, learners are coached on how to identify poorly prepared coffee to improve day to day coffee quality control.
The lecture is followed by a hands on lab portion, where students will get experience with a variety of different brewing methods including French Press, Chemex, Siphon, and Clever Dripper. Save money on your certificate by registering for classes as a bundle.
