This class is designed to expose students to Cafe Campesino standards of preparing espresso and milk, with an emphasis on technique, consistency, and hygiene. Whether you have never touched an espresso machine in your life, or have been working in the industry for years, this class has something to offer. This class will give students the tools to produce quality espresso and milk, every time.
Espresso and Milk also covers industry standard definitions of basic drinks, quality management, and efficient workflow so that students become more versatile baristas. Learners are provided with standards for daily, weekly, and monthly machine maintenance for espresso machines and grinders - as well as how to identify when a problem is beyond their control and a technician is needed.
