This course is designed to introduce core brewing skills and equipment to people with no previous brewing experience, and provide a foundation of SCA standards to people currently working in the coffee industry. After completing this course successful candidates will be able to produce SCA standard coffee on a variety of manual equipment as well as batch brewing.
Length: 1 day. Registration includes lunch, snacks, and all certificate and exam fees due to the SCA.
Exam: Yes, written and practical.
